  • What is an Automatic or Mechanical watch?
    An automatic watch, also known as a self-winding watch or sometimes a mechanical watch, is a mechanical watch where the natural motion of the wearer provides energy to wind the mainspring, making manual winding unnecessary if worn enough.
  • When will my Pre-Order ship?
    Any and all products available for pre-order will have all of the expected shipping dates listed beneath the product as well as other related information. Whenever there is a product available for pre-order there will be a banner labeled on the product that says "Pre-Order". See our Pre-Order page listed under the customer care tab on our website to learn more information about pre-orders.
  • Will I be charged for my pre-order?
    You will be charged at the time of placing the order. Your placing of a pre­order constitutes your express agreement to the company charging of your provided payment method at such time. The purchase price does not include import duties (if it applies to you), or other government charges, which are your responsibility.
  • Which courier will deliver my order?
    We ship with USPS First Class and UPS. In some special cases, we will provide you with a FedEx overnight option. Please reach out to our support team to request this option.
  • How do I track my order?
    When your item has been shipped, we send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with the tracking number and the website of the shipping company where you can input the code.
  • How do I wind my automatic watch?
    Daybreak 44MM & Daybreak 44MM 1. Carefully unscrew the crown until it is in the first position. 2. Turn the crown clockwise 20-30 times. You will notice the seconds hand begin to move during this. 3. Gently push in the crown and turn it clockwise at the same time to fully screw the crown back into the case. CRIMSON SEA WATCH WINDING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Leave the crown in it's resting position. 2. From it's resting position (full pushed in) turn the crown clockwise 20-30 times. You will notice the seconds hand begin to move during this. Your watch should now be fully wound. Be sure not to overwind your watch to avoid possibly damaging your new timepiece. You should only periodically need to wind your watch. If you wear it daily or several times throughout the week, you may only need to adjust the time depending on your use case and wind your watch 1-2 times per week. Daily wears may only need to wind 2-3 times per month.
  • Is the watch water-resistant?
    All of our watch at Gibaali Revolve are built with 5ATM water resistance or higher. These details can be found on the back of the watch, the watch manual, or on the product page description. See the most common requested watches below: The Sunken Collection (Diver Watch) - 100M Water Resistant 100m/330ft - 200m/660ft: Light Poolside Swimming - YES Snorkeling - YES Showering (NO HOT WATER) - YES Crimson Sea - 5ATM Water Resistant This watch is water resistant but not waterproof and has a lower water resistance rating. Swimming or showering is NOT recommended.
  • Why did my automatic watch stop ticking?
    Your power reserve (stored from winding or movement) has been depleted. Restore your watches' power reserve by winding your watch. Please see instructions on this FAQ panel to learn how to properly wind your watch. Once you have followed the instructions, if you're continuing to have problems with your watch, reach out to us via the contact page.
  • The order has not arrived within the specified time range.
    We ship all orders within 48 hours of payment confirmation. The order delivery times are listed in BUSINESS DAYS. Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. Packages are being moved only Monday through Friday. If your order is late more than 5 business days please contact and we will help you resolve the issue immediately.
  • Where do I find watch specifications?

  • I did not receive an order confirmation email after purchase.
    After you make a purchase from our store, we automatically send you an order confirmation email. If you do not see this email in your inbox, double check to make sure your entered your desired email and then check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate your order confirmation email, submit a ticket by emailing our Support Team:
  • How can I redeem my loyalty points?
    Once you acquire enough points to redeem one of our three gift options, you will receive an email with a special code. Copy the code, and enter it during your next checkout to redeem your gift!
