SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Fulfilment for all orders may take up to 3 Business Days. Once fulfilled, standard delivery is 2-3 business days in the USA. Delivery times may take longer than usual depending on any 3rd party courier issues. A shipment confirmation email including your tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been fulfilled.

Be sure to check your order confirmation email! Our fulfillment time frame can also be found in there.

Once our fulfillment team packs your order, it will be picked up by the shipping courier and you will be notified via email with your tracking number. As excited as we are for you to receive your new products, please keep in mind there may be delays during transit that are beyond our control. We suggest contacting your package's shipping courier for any delivery questions you may have. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

​If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and have NOT USED the item, simply return the item(s) to us under the same unworn condition it was received within 30 days of package delivery by contacting support@gibaalirevovle.com.

Please note that all final sale, holiday sale, end of season sale or discounted items will not be applicable for refund unless the product was sent to you non-functional or damaged on our behalf.

 

You will be responsible for return shipping charges.

We do not accept refunds of USED products. Used products will be mailed back to the sender and no refund will be issued. Also keep in mind that many of our collections are limited or numbered pieces.

 

You can normally expect to receive your refund within 5-10 business days of your package return. You will receive the return payment to the card used during checkout or to your PayPal account if you paid via PayPal. 

 

If you ship your intended return after the 30 day return period the items will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
