If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and have NOT USED the item, simply return the item(s) to us under the same unworn condition it was received within 30 days of package delivery by contacting support@gibaalirevovle.com.​

You will be responsible for return shipping charges.

We do not accept refunds of USED products. Used products will be mailed back to the sender and no refund will be issued. Also keep in mind that many of our collections are limited or numbered pieces.

You can normally expect to receive your refund within 5-10 business days of your package return. You will receive the return payment to the card used during checkout or to your PayPal account if you paid via PayPal.

If you ship your intended return after the 30 day return period the items will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

UNITED STATES:

Shipping for all orders above 50 USD within the USA is free and on average it takes 4-5 business days.

Expedited Ground Shipping is available and on average takes 2-3 business days.

For Canada orders we offer the following shipping options:

• Standard CA shipping (average shipping time 6-10  business days)

• Free Shipping for all orders above 200 USD (average shipping time 7-10  business days

Once our fulfillment team packs your order, it will be picked up by the shipping courier and you will be notified via email with your tracking number. As excited as we are for you to receive your new products, please keep in mind there may be delays during transit that are beyond our control. We suggest contacting your package's shipping courier for any delivery questions you may have or reach out to our Support Team and we would be happy to assist you.
