If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and have NOT USED the item, simply return the item(s) to us under the same unworn condition it was received within 30 days of package delivery by contacting support@gibaalirevovle.com.

We do not accept refunds of USED products. Used products will be mailed back to the sender and no refund will be issued. Also keep in mind that many of our collections are limited or numbered pieces.
You can normally expect to receive your refund within 5-10 business days of your package return. You will receive the return payment to the card used during checkout or to your PayPal account if you paid via PayPal.
If you ship your intended return after the 30 day return period the items will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

Shipping for all orders above 50 USD within the USA is free and on average it takes 4-5 business days.
Expedited Ground Shipping is available and on average takes 2-3 business days.
